Terms of use
Last updated: 24 October 2026
These terms apply to Vbolt on iPhone and on the web and to every subscription. For the iPhone app, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
Provider
Aiconic Studio Bingesser, sole proprietorship, owner Ramin Bingesser, Neuhusweg 4, 6205 Eich, Switzerland, UID CHE-429.542.672, hello@vbolt.app.
What Vbolt is
Vbolt builds strength workouts for your location, time and equipment, suggests a target for each set, reminds you of training and supplements and shows your progress. Features may change with new versions.
Not medical advice
Vbolt does not replace advice from a doctor, physiotherapist or nutrition professional. Plans, set targets, joint protection hints and supplement information are general suggestions, not a diagnosis or treatment.
Check with a professional before you start whether strength training is right for you, especially with pain, injuries, existing conditions or during pregnancy. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You train at your own risk; use good form and weights you can move safely.
Account
You need an account to use Vbolt and must be at least 16 years old. Keep your sign-in private and contact hello@vbolt.app if you suspect misuse. You can delete your account at any time in the app or on the web.
Subscription and free trial
Vbolt is a paid app. Vbolt Pro costs CHF 4.90 per month or CHF 29.90 per year; in other countries, the prices shown in the App Store there apply. The price shown before purchase is binding.
New subscribers get 7 days free if the App Store offers the trial at purchase. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing; otherwise it turns into the subscription you chose.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel it in iOS under Settings › your name › Subscriptions; it then runs until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.
Payment, any statutory right of withdrawal and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. The subscription also unlocks the web app; you cannot buy one there.
Fair use
Use Vbolt only for your own training and not for unlawful purposes. Do not try to bypass security, access other people's data or put automated load on Vbolt. We may suspend accounts in case of misuse.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health resulting from our breach of duty, and under mandatory liability law.
Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law, in particular for injuries during training caused by execution, choice of weight or your health, for indirect damage and for data loss. We aim to keep Vbolt available at all times but do not guarantee any particular availability.
Changes
We may update these terms, for example when Vbolt, Apple's rules or the law change. We announce significant changes in the app in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel your subscription and delete your account.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Consumers living outside Switzerland keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of their country of residence. Place of jurisdiction is Lucerne; for consumers, the statutory places of jurisdiction apply.
Help and contact
Questions, problems or ideas to hello@vbolt.app; we usually reply within two working days. Manage your subscription: iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Restore purchases: in the app on the subscription screen.
