Exercise page for the goblet squat with today's target and three sets

106 exercises · Gym or home · 20 to 60 minutes · A target for every set · Cut · Lean bulk · Recomp · Supplements · Trend, not daily noise

The problem

You train. But are you getting stronger?

Most people train on feel: same dumbbells, same reps, month after month. Vbolt remembers every set and adds a little next time. Not someday. Next time.

Plan

Place, time, go.

Two taps and your full-body workout is ready. Vbolt picks exercises that fit the place and keeps them in place, so your progress stays measurable. Not feeling one? Swap it.

  • Gym with machines or home with dumbbells
  • Your own workouts in a fixed order
  • Cardio before, after or both

Vbolt plan: home, 45 minutes, 8 exercises with drawings

Progression

Today's number.

Every set shows what to do: "20 kg, 1 more rep per set up to 12". More reps first, then the next dumbbell. Double progression without the math.

  • Target per set from your last two sessions
  • Fields are pre-filled, just tick them off
  • Missed it twice? Vbolt dials it back

Rest

Readable from two metres.

Phone on the bench, ring in sight. Rest fits the exercise, longer for compound lifts, shorter for isolation, and moves on by itself.

  • Compound 1:30, isolation 1:00, core 0:45
  • ±15 seconds with one tap
  • Up next: set and weight at a glance

Rest screen with a large ring showing 1:27 of 1:30

Progress

Numbers that don't lie.

Body weight as a 7-day trend instead of daily mood, plus waist, volume and strength. The traffic light tells you whether your pace fits your phase.

  • Weekly view of workouts, volume and weight
  • Pace check for cut, lean bulk and recomp
  • Measuring once a week is enough

Progress: this week, pace on track, weight trend

Supplements

Forgot your creatine? Not anymore.

Add what you take and when. Vbolt reminds you per time of day, you tick it off. Plus your week at a glance and one daily check for nutrition.

  • Morning, noon, evening, bedtime or with training
  • Reminders only when something is still open
  • One tick instead of counting calories

Phases

One goal. Three ways.

Vbolt adapts cardio and the traffic light to what you're after right now.

  1. Cut

    Lose fat, keep strength

At 45 and 60 minutes, easy cardio first; the light checks your weekly pace.

  2. Lean bulk

    Build slowly

Cardio after lifting, the light slows you down if it goes too fast.

  3. Recomp

    Rebuild

Waist down, strength up: the light watches both.

How it works

Three steps to your first set.

  1. 1

    Pick

Gym or home, 20 to 60 minutes.

  2. 2

    Start

Warm-up, exercise by exercise, rest by rest.

  3. 3

    Tick

Set done. Next time Vbolt adds a little.

FAQ

Before you start.

Do I need a gym?

No. For home, Vbolt builds workouts with dumbbells; at the gym it adds machines and cables.

I need to protect my knees, shoulders or back. Will it work?

Yes. In settings, under "Schonen" (protect), you pick knees, back or shoulders. Generated workouts then only use suitable exercises, and you can filter the exercise library for your own workouts the same way. All 106 exercises are rated for knees, back and shoulders, and knee-sensitive ones show how deep to go. If something hurts, talk to a professional; Vbolt is not medical advice.
